How we work with you

We`re a small team and we believe in providing a friendly, personal service. That means you will be dealing with individuals you know – rather than with agency staff whom you’ve never met.

We know how busy everyone is, so our aim is to achieve what you want us to achieve with the minimum of fuss and bother. We won`t be on the phone every five minutes asking for clarification – we’ll make sure we understand the brief to begin with and then get on and do what needs to be done promptly, precisely and professionally.

You`ll be kept informed of our progress of course and we’d be delighted to meet up with you as often as you feel necessary. Our aim is quite simple – we want you to be happy with our work, confident in our abilities and reassured by our discretion.

We can work with you in a number of different ways – on a retainer, on a project by project basis or ad hoc, lending a hand when you need us.  We’re very happy to discuss individual requirements and to provide written quotes so you can budget accordingly.  All you need to do is get in touch.
